06 There is a triangulation point at the top of Lousie Wood Law and there are excellent views in all directions from here. The picture above shows Tinto Hill which is almost due north.
In the second picture we are looking north east and that is Culter Fell near the left side of the picture and Gathersnow Hill near the right side of the picture.
Looking east north east in the third picture we get Broad Law just left of centre and the norther east end of the Moffat hills towards the right of the picture.
Again swinging our view further south we get the long string of the Moffat hills in the fourth picture.
Looking south south west in the final picture we get tantalising views over into Galloway with what looks like the Rhinns of Kells extending southward (to the left) across the picture.
