14 As we get up onto the top
of the Bennan end of Darnaw we get this view north up the valley between
Cairngarroch (on the left) and Darnaw (on the right) with the Rhinns beyond
and I could see my car was catching the sunlight - near the bottom right
corner in the second picture. This second picture also gives you a good
impression of what the start of our day was like getting up past those crags.
That's Corserine in the distance with the little patches of snow. Darrou
is in the foreground on the right and you can see where you would go up
onto it to get to the Rhinns
from Craigencallie. In the third picture I am further along towards the top of Darnaw and the Dungeons are now appearing over Cairngarroch on the left of the picture. |
