15 As you get to the top of Darnaw you find lots of wee lochans like this. I had not taken enough drinking water with me and I was glad to refill my bottles from the lochans which certainly looked clean enough to drink and there were no ill effects.
In the top picture you can see just a sliver of Clatteringshaws Reservoir too - as well as Cairnsmore of Dee on the left.
In the second picture we have "Millfore and the Buckdas" (maybe the name of an ancient pop group?).
