19 The picture above shows the small cairn on the top of Moorbrock. We are looking north east over Mid Hill of Glenhead to the dark shape of Ewe Hill. Beyond Ewe Hill you can see some snow covered hills.
Zooming in on these hills in the second picture we can clearly see the white ball on top of Lowther Hill and the masts on Green Lowther as the Lowther hills sweep east towards the Moffat hills which you can also see - beyond the Lowthers.
In the third picture we are looking northwards from the cairn towards Windy Standard and the hills that run off it.
The fourth picture shows the route ahead of us - not difficult territory.
