Here is Dunkie at the monument by the side of the A701 between Broughton and Moffat which marks where the source of the River Tweed is and celebrates it's existence.

Below is a closer view of the monument. On the top there is a carved landscape symbolising the course of the River Tweed from here to the the North Sea at Berwick and on the vertical surfaces there are texts giving information about the river. The content of the texts can be seen below. The final picture shows what the moor looks like on the other side of the road from the monument - nothing special - but from small beginnings come great things as they say.
