10 In the four picture on this page I have used quite a bit of zoom. The first one brings Castle Point and the hills of the Lake District (on the far side of the Solway Firth) into prominence.
The second picture shows Hestan Island with it's lighthouse - lying off Almorness Point.
The third picture shows Screel and Bengairn and the fourth takes us in for a closer look at the beach in centre of Rockcliffe.
