20 However before I headed off the top of Scaw'd Law I took a few pictures - of course. The picture above shows how you would go if you wanted to stay with the blue route on the map on page 01 and go down over Little Saw'd Law and Durisdeer Hill. You would simply follow the fence line down, and there is no great difference in distance involved whichever way you choose to go.
In the second picture I have zoomed in digitally to the above picture to pick out Lowther Hill, Steygail etc. Mousover to see the names of the hills.
In the third picture I have used a bit of camera zoom to pick out Green Lowther with the masts on top and Peden Hill to the right of it. You can also see the fence line running down steeply off Well Hill in the foreground. In the SUW/Lowther web gallery there is a view back to Scaw'd Law from Peden Hill with the names of the various Durisdeer Hills added (third image on the page).
