03 Here we are at the mouth of the Glenochar Burn looking
downstream on the newly born River Clyde.
In the second picture I have gone along the bank and I have used a bit of zoom. That's the M74 running across the picture at the foot of Lodge Hill (with the mast on top). It is a truly beautiful spot on a fine morning like this. These pictures were taken just before I headed up the Southern Upland Way route onto Lowther Hill from Overfingland, and another special day on the hill - 4th February 2009. |
