22 Looking north from Dungeon Hill we can
see Dry Loch of the Dungeon on the right with the north end of the Rhinns
of Kells heading up towards Ayrshire. Loch Doon can be seen in the distance
and we are looking along the face of the tail of Dungeon Hill ridge that
we are to follow back down to the valley floor. You can see the rugged nature
of this ridge in the other two pictures below. That's Mullwharchar beyond the ridge in the first picture below . |
