06 In the picture above we are on the top of Beninner and you can see that there was a clear patch without snow on the edge - just as well because the snow was none too friendly on the edge elsewhere - more like ice than snow. That's Green Hill with the track running round it and you can see the fire break I used just to the left of the middle of the picture. The fire break further to the right would be useful if you wanted to take the purple route shown on page 01.
