Monument at Conheath between Kelton and Glencaple to Queen Victoria's Piper Angus MacKay Monument at Conheath between Kelton and Glencaple to Queen Victoria's Piper Angus MacKay Monument at Conheath between Kelton and Glencaple to Queen Victoria's Piper Angus MacKay
05  These pictures were taken between Kelton and Glencaple at another spot which is very popular with the haaf netters. You have to come up from the shore path to near the road to see this monument to Angus MacKay who was Queen Victoria's piper and a figure of considerable importance in the history of piping. You'll find the monument just across the road from the nearest cottage to Glencaple on the road between Kelton and Glencaple (at Conheath).
