04 Just at the little glen above Dalveen House we came across this bird trap. The birds are enticed down the tube of net in the centre by bait which is on the ground within the trap. These traps are intended for crows but we have come across buzzards and ravens in such traps. I have come across a different design of bird trap on Scaw'd Law.
