17 In the picture above I was able to zoom in to the two most northerly hills on the Awful Hand, Tarfessock and Shalloch on Minnoch. Mullwharchar (in the Dungeon Hills) is on the left of the picture.
The second picture (of the view ahead up onto Corserine) was taken one minute before the one above, but there was a hint of blue sky - just maybe the cloud would lift by the time I got up there. That was just too much to ask for in one day, but before I went into the cloud I had to have one last picture of those hills to the north west, while the going was good - you have to take your chances when you can.
