05 Zooming in on the great scar on Arthur's Seat you can well imagine the fun you can have coming down the scree runs in there and how difficult it would be to go up against the flow.
The second picture was taken from the A701 as it climbs up from the town of Moffat towards Annanhead above the Devil's Beef Tub. From here you can get a fair idea of the route we are on in this walk. Just Mouseover to see the route and the hill names.
In the third picture I have zoomed out to give a broader sweep of the hills around here.
