09 Here we are near the mine
and looking back eastward over the cove shown on page 08. You can see the
stack (shown on page 07) just to the
right of Sandy and the flat area of the "homestead" at the top
of the cliff above it. You could walk along the edge of the field and keep away from the sheer drops down to the sea but you would miss views like this one below into the restless sea, and the interesting rock features which abound all the way along this coast. |
