18 As we headed towards Monkey Puzzle Wood we could see what we at first took to be a field of daffodils. Then we noticed what looked like yellow plastic bags close to the track. On closer inspection these turned out to be stray yellow skunk cabbage which had made it's way from the boggy pool that you see above. We had never seen anything like this before.
The second picture shows just how extensive this area of strong yellow is.
