25 In the picture above we have left Lamachan behind and are back onto the main drag. That is the top of Bennanbrack ahead with a little lochan to add a bit of interest to the view.
In the picture below we are looking directly down the Bennanbrack ridge to Curleywee. You could follow the old metal fence down the top of the ridge especially if it was really misty, but I chose to take the sheep/goat path which runs across the north face of the ridge. It is more fun and the views from there are continuous over into the Galloway hills.
