22 That's Tibbie Shiels Inn in the picture above as we approach the end of the loch.
In the picture below we are just at the point where the road goes over the narrow strip of land to Tibbie Shiels as you can see in the third picture. So that is Loch of the Lowes that you are looking at here, and just where the car is parked at the right hand side of the picture is the "Glen Cafe" where we had a snack sitting outside on one of the picnic benches. You can see that there there is plenty of space for parking here and you may wonder why we parked and started our walk from a roadside lay-by near Dryhope. The snack at the Glen Cafe and the pint in Tibbie Shiels Inn in the middle of our walk should explain that adequately. Remember too that Allan was "researching" for his article for the magazine so we had to spread our largesse.
