05b If you try this route you will find that it is much easier to leave the edge of the loch and go inland slightly till you come to this fence. As you can see there is a bit of a path alongside the fence. That's Mid Craig with the sunlight on it and White Coomb with the cloud on top. The cloud never really lifted from it much all day and it was pretty dense by the time we got over there later in the day.
The second picture shows the route ahead of us along the fence and up onto Lochcraig Head.
The third picture below shows the view back from Mid Craig over to where the above pictures were taken from. Mouseover to see the route we take. The going is definitely much easier if you leave the water's edge and make your way back to the fence. This path (of sorts) contines all the way up onto Lochcraig Head.
