03a These pictures are obviously from January 2009. In the picture above we are looking over the Tail Burn to where the car is parked.
In the picture below Allan is having a wee look at the tourist plaque before we climb the hill on the right. The Grey Mare's Tail would be visible in the valley from here but for the mist.
