27 In the picture above we are coming off Hopetoun Craig heading for Ettrick Pen and in the second picture we are at the last cairns before Ettrick Pen. For some reason there are cairns all the way along this ridge.
The third picture shows the view back to Hopetoun Craig as we approach the top of Ettrick Pen and in the final picture the camera has been swung slightly to the left to show the view along the face of this ridge on its southern side looking out towards the Solway Firth in the distance.
