| 21 I have used a bit of telephoto to get this shot of Broad Law from Gathersnow and in the shot below I have zoomed in even further with Photoshop to let you see the track going up to the "spaceship" on the top of Broad Law - which is also like Lowther to do with civil airlines navigation I believe. Identifying Broad Law allowed me to be sure of the rest of the hills over in the range of hills known as the Manor Hills which lie east of Gathersnow. Broad Law is the second highest hill in the south of Scotland and at 840 mts (2765ft) is only 3mts (10ft) lower than the Merrick. | |||||
