26 Believe it or not only two minutes past between taking the first picture and the second on this page and the third picture was taken after just a further 2 minutes. These squalls were moving fast. It is always a magical thing on a hill when the mist rolls away and the landscape suddenly appears and the landscape is somehow more brilliant and jewel-like for just having been reborn.
That's Erie Hill in the middle of the second picture. As mentioned on page 01 it would be quite possible to have gone along that ridge instead of the one we are on - in which case we would end up down at Talla Reservoir.
Erie Hill is so shapely it reminds you of Henry Moore sculptures of the female torso.
