| 02 For this walk we park beside the A713 about one and a half kilometers north of Carsphairn village on a bend just where the road bridges the Water of Deuch (OS Ref. NS557944). There is some space for parking just across from where these cars are parked in the old disused road - though you must leave space for tractors using it for access to fields. You start the route by going down the vehicle track where the cars are parked - on the right in the above picture. | |||
