21 The walk back from Horse
Isles Bay to Almorness house is along a vehicle track which runs through
trees as in the picture above and does not offer much in the way of scenic
views as you go.
You pass Orchardton
Tower on the way back to Palnackie but on the day we did this walk
the tower was in deep shadow by the time we got there - so here are a
couple of pictures below taken on quite a different day to let you see
what the tower looks like.
