Peat hags on Tods Knowe Peat hags on Tods Knowe. Peat hags on Tods Knowe
25 I found this ridge over by Tods Knowe much the most interesting part of the day. Suddenly the terrain is just a bit more irregular, challenging and interesting to walk as you can see in these two pictures. There are plenty of peat haggs and little pools of water. Three times I disturbed a hare and a couple of times I came on young grouse. It seemed less frequented and much more full of nature quietly getting on with life.
