Below, as we come onto Fyfescar Knowe we have a dilapidated dry stane dyke as well as the fence to follow now. The dyke will stay with us all the way to Dollar Law from here.
In the second picture below you can see that there is a dilapidated gate that use to be on the fence and a clean break through the wall as though it was meant to be there. This is in fact where the old Thief's Road crosses the ridge and goes through both the fence and the dyke.
