16 Here we are at St Ninian's Chapel. The commemorative stone monument in the foreground is to those drowned on the "Solway Harvester" fishing boat when she sank off the Isle of Man on the eleventh of January 2000. Four of the 7 crewmen who died were from the Isle, all were local. BBC Scotland News website has quite a bit of general background information on this tragedy.
