24 By the time we got back to this gate
on the track from Clarksburn the weather had much improved and there were
plenty of people around on the beach etc.
The second picture shows the view from Craigengour past The Lag to where
the car is parked. The view is much clearer now than it was on the way
out (page 06). It was just clear enough to make out
the Isle
of Man in the distance - as you can see in the third picture.
Here again there were bright wildflowers to sing the spring song - perhaps
a Lesser
Celandine.
