28 Half way through the wood we came upon this burn. Below Dunkie is ready to cross it. There has been spectacular rainfall all over Britain in recent weeks (officially recognized as the wettest June since records began - this walk done on 27th June 2007) so there was some water in the burn. You would probably get this burn pretty dry when there has been less rain.
